I still get a great buzz working with teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions. I strive to continually improve and find new ways to work smarter, and to be efficient and effective in delivery of quality products.
I like to lead by example and empower the team around me so that we can work together to reach our goals.
Active in the developer community I am co-host of two meet-ups and attend a number of others. It is a great opportunity to share ideas, encourage and support others.
